1. The Talent Showcase includes special access for youth group leaders and members!

2. Simply complete the General Registration, signing where indicated as the authorized youth group leader.

3. Ensure that any signed, (youth group)-provided 'Media Release' forms are on file, pertaining to all youth participating in video(s) you may create.

4. Provided each video is unique, any youth may appear in multiple submissions - as an individual; in small groups; as part of one or more youth groups; or in any other combination with other youth and staff.

5. Every (youth group)-based video submission must be provided under the email address of a given supervising adult (often a youth leader). Each separate youth group can make their own submissions, identified and assigned under the respective youth group leaders.

6. In effect, a youth group leader's registration will serve as the youth group "account." Accordingly, each video submission (from any given youth group) must include the corresponding youth group leader's email address. We use this for linking videos back to the specific youth group. However, the youth group members can choose to uniquely identify each video with any [First Name + Last (initial)] that is acceptable to the youth group leader and members.
